SOCAL DRC SENIOR DISPUTE NEUTRAL
Reed K. Hamzeh, JD
Mr. Hamzeh spent the first three years of his practice at Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart, Oliver and Hedges, LLP, wherein he received extensive legal and trial training and experience in a variety of practice areas.
Thereafter, Mr. Hamzeh spent the next three years serving as general counsel for a software company, Tri Pole Corp and handled several multi-million dollar cases, including sitting second chair in a nine-day trial resulting in an unanimous defense jury verdict for his client. Mr. Hamzeh has since received accreditation from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University, Master Mediation Training from world renowned mediator Kenneth Cloke, training in expert negotiation from Gerard I. Nierenberg and certification in Conflict Analysis and Interfaith Conflict Resolution from the United States Institute of Peace. Mr. Hamzeh is a also a member of Mediate.com, AAA and the ABA. Mr. Hamzeh also serves the California Superior Court by mediating and arbitrating court-mandated disputes. He has handled numerous mediations involving personal disputes between businesses, business partners, individuals, family and friends and within a diversity of practice areas, including legal malpractice, auto-accidents, breach of contract, fraud, employment and wrongful death claims.
